Job Description:
13+ years of IT experience and minimum of 5+ years of experience on Azure Database Migration with technically guided, managed and governed the team. Willing to provide 24x7 support, flexible to work in the shifts
Primary skills:
· Understanding customer DB SQL server landscape
· Configuring SQL Server HA/DR (FCI, AG) in Azure with multiple subnets and multiple regions, Availability set
· Configuring and Administering Security/Policies/Resource Governing/Azure Key Vault
· Migrating SQL Server from On-Premises to Azure Cloud using DMA, DMS, Azure Data Studio, Log shipping, Backup & restore and various other migration methods.
· Work with Internal stakeholders, Customer stakeholders and Project Managers to understand the migration requirements and provide solutions accordingly
· Driving the cloud Solutioning Azure activities for large complex migration
· Plan Storage and Capacity Management and create logical models and build physical models
· Installing and configuring SQL Server all the version (200x to 2022)
· Hands on experience on Windows and SQL servers issues and troubleshooting.
Secondary Skills:
· Design, implement and operate database systems for performance and reliability in Azure
· On-Prem/Cloud upgrade of SQL Server from Legacy version to latest versions in Azure
· Good knowledge in T-SQL scripting & PowerShell script
· Good understanding of Database Performance using various tools
· Conforming to client compliances and expectations
Certifications (Good to have)
· Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Associate
· DP-300: Administering Microsoft Azure SQL Solutions
· AZ-305: Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions

Educational Qualification:
BCA/MCA/BE/B.Tech or equivalent.
