Important:

The Consultant should have 4-8 years of experience in Salesforce - Marketing Cloud + Oracle Eloqua Implementation and Support

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

Buildout of initial engagement campaigns, including email templates, Cloud Pages, Automation Studio, Journey Builder development and Interaction Studio content insertions

• Support Technical Architect in design and documentation development

• Support data engineering and system integration workstreams

• Set up and configure data models.

• Develop scalable solutions based on business objectives, marketing metrics, and tech requirements.

• Consultant should have end to end project implementation.

• Should have worked in all the critical project phases including Requirement Gathering, Design, Development, Deployment and Go Live.

• Should have participated in requirement gathering workshops, client discussions and experience in preparing design documents.

• Should have worked on problem debugging in systematic manner.

• Should have worked in client facing role.

• Should have good English communication.

• Should know best practices, should have done design reviews, prepared RCA reports.

 

Skills for Salesforce Marketing Cloud:

• Customization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) solutions with REST API, AmpScript, and SQL development, including email and Cloudpage template development

• Web sitemap and SDK development to support capturing customer engagements in Interaction Studio or CDP

• Present interval executive-level Salesforce platform demonstrations, and run through all features (i.e. content builder, journey builder, etc.) upon request.

• Deep, hands-on technical understanding of SFMC’s data extension architecture, and integration and automation capabilities

• Hands-on development experience with AMPscript, HTML, CSS, and preferably JavaScript

• Understanding of web / front-end development languages and principals

• Ability to engage in technical discussions with clients

• Willingness to learn and certify on various Salesforce technologies to support the Digital 360 vision

• Related Salesforce Certifications and/or Accreditations

• Should have worked on integrated Sales CRM, Marketing application.

• Implementing Eloqua application

• Should have in depth knowledge on Lead Management process
