Job Description
Location Krakow, Poland(100% onsite)
Responsibilities:
Understanding of IT infrastructure solutions, with a focus on Defender for Endpoint and Defender antivirus protection.
Understanding Defender antivirus software and EDR.
Monitor antivirus and EDR alerts and how to mitigate threats.
Support customers of the IT team to identify and address infrastructure vulnerabilities.
Understanding of security policies and procedures related to antivirus and EDR protection.
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues, including antivirus and EDR related problems.
Understanding of latest cybersecurity trends and best practices.
Collaborate with other team members and share knowledge to expand the teams’ capabilities.
Requirements:
Minimum Associate degree with preferable emphasis in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering
At least 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure troubleshoot, research, and support in large production environments
Experience with Microsoft Defender antivirus and Defender for Endpoint solutions.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills.
Desirable
Experience with Microsoft Cloud Security Technologies such as Azure Sentinel, Azure Defender, and Azure Log Analytics
Experience with Intune policy administration
Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
Experience working in software development environment.
Working Conditions: 24/7 support model onsite role with rotational shifts, Therefore, candidates should be flexible to cover during holidays and weekends.
