    The Customer Assurance team is part of the LSEG Sales enablement function, performing a key role responding to risk and control environment related client requests for information on LSEG and its products/services, working in partnership with clients, providing a quality service, to ensure their requests are fully understood and met.

    This position is based in Gdynia, via a hybrid working model. This position is to work Polish office centric hours.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for provision of i nformation and data in response to client or customer due diligence questionnaires and information requests, including specific focus on queries related to operational resilience risk and controls covering Technology Resilience, Business Continuity, Third Party Risk, Information Security, Data and broader risk management practices:
    • Verify and interpret the requests using data base and following guidelines
    • Select the appropriate responses to provide the client / customer
    • Input to compliance and quality assurance checks to ensure client / customer needs are met
    • Liaise with other team members or functions to communicate status of requests or escalations where additional information / action may be required
    • Ensure internal SLAs are met, including execution and delivery timelines.
    • Adhere to Data Classification and Data Handling Standards as part of day-to-day process execution
    • Input to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the operating model and team processes

    Essential criteria

    • Previous operational risk or resilience experience including a good understanding of the principles of Technology Resilience, Business Continuity, Third party risk, Information Security and Data Protection.
    • Strong command of English, with excellent written skills and attention to detail.
    • A basic command of MS Word and MS Excel
    • Previous experience working in a task-based arena, handling tasks from start to finish, in a timely and efficient manner
    • Experience of reviewing, prioritising and allocating tasks based on capacity and demand

    Desirable criteria

    • Previous experience of managing client communications
    • Previous experience with ServiceNow
    • Previous experience of populating and distributing due diligence responses
    • Hold CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditors) qualifications or CISM and/o r industry experience
    • Additional European languages (French, German etc) beneficial
