QA Engineer

Your roles and responsibilities:
- working in an international and multidisciplinary team, to bring in professional skills as a QA Engineer of the highest quality
- knowing and understanding company products; contributing actively to the development and testing phase
- launching automation tests into the project (creating, building, developing and implementing them into the project structures)
- creating a clear definition of testing standards along with formulating and being responsible for test documentation
- planning and executing testing standards within the product development (freedom of choosing test tools)
- implementation, security and performance of a company's software and its further development
- managing system components, their implementation, development and testing techniques
- maintaining and updating test cases, with a focus on continuous improvements
- capturing, reporting and communicating test results to the development and management teams
- participating in scrum meetings and collaborating closely with Product Manager and developer teams
- facilitating good, open and transparent communication with all team members
To join us we require:
- min 2 years working as an Automation Tester (e-commerce environment preferred)
- previous experience in web and mobile testing
- knowledge of test design techniques
- knowledge of any of these languages and frameworks: JavaScript, React, NodeJS
- experience of hands-on test automation using tools like Selenium, Appium, Cypress.io
- knowledge and experience working with GIT
- previous experience working with Atlassian tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
- excellent communication skills, continuous improvement mindset and spotless work ethic
- excellent English skills (min. B2 level)
Nice to have:
- leadership experience (problem solver, mentor who inspires and motivates the team)
- experience working in a start-up environment
- experience with end-to-end testing process
- previous experience working in e-commerce projects
