Technical Software Project Manager / Product Manager

Do you want to join unique, committed, and outstanding specialists? We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who could join our great team. 

Your roles and responsibilities:
  • knowing and understanding company products; participating actively in the development of future products
  • building and developing work organisation based on Agile methodologies
  • managing and leading development teams of 3-6 people; supporting the team in their tasks
  • facilitating good, open and transparent communication with all team members
  • ensuring a clear definition, planning, execution of projects on time, within budget and requirements 
  • supporting business side of the development by estimating the initial and ongoing running costs of the IT deliverables
  • formulating and being responsible for the design, implementation, security and performance of a company's software and its further development 
  • managing system components, their implementation, development and testing techniques
  • coordinating both implementation and testing phases of the projects
  • ensuring that the IT deliverables are completed on time with quality

To join us we require: 
  • min 3 years of IT Product Management or Project Management experience working with the development teams; e-commerce experience is preferred
  • experience using Atlassian tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence) 
  • experience in launching Agile methodology (e.g. Kanban, Scrum) and its pillars into company’s organisational structures 
  • proven experience in scope, cost, stakeholders, risk and change management
  • leadership experience (problem solver, mentor who inspires and motivates the team; passionate, open and ready to go the extra mile)
  • experience in software development life-cycle of web based applications
  • excellent communication skills, continuous improvement mindset and spotless work ethic
  • excellent English skills (min. C1 level)

Nice to have: 
  • previous experience working with one of software programming languages or IT educational background 
  • experience working in a start-up environment 
  • familiarity with CI/CD processes in software development  
  • “can-do” attitude with readiness to new challenges
