Job description

Job description and Responsibilities:
- Enable scaling up the development team taking responsibility for implementation details
- Investigate and improve legacy system
- Design and migrate legacy system into maintainable, documented, scalable, service-oriented architecture
- Challenge quality level, develop outstanding testing tooling and test environment
- React to and resolve downtime and performance problems, take ownership of the level of system technical and business metrices
- Coach team members, perform code review
- Implement changes and fixes related to the internal system
- Develop new functionality and new products
- Automate manual work
- Raise quality and security keeping business pace
- Active engagement into tooling selection and implementation
