We need a hero! A support hero, to be precise. As one of our support agents, you would take on the difficult task of solving our customers’ problems and providing information to potential buyers.

We’re looking for:

  • Perfect command of the English language;
  • Fast typing skills – at least 40 WPM;
  • High-level multitasking;
  • Someone who is ready to work during the dead man’s shift;
  • Strong analytical and communication skills;
  • Being a good listener would definitely help;
  • Will to learn new things and improve your skills.

Nice to have:

  • Browser console debug skills;
  • Familiarity with JavaScript and HTML code implementation process.
