Job description

We are looking for someone motivated on success who will bring our sales to another level!

What you will be responsible for:

  • Contact prospects and partners through, but not limited to, phone calls, email, mailings, leveraging personal networks and following up on marketing-generated leads,
  • Bringing value to our existing customers,
  • Upselling & cross selling,
  • Looking for new ideas of contacting customers,
  • Help customers plan and understand the best ways to utilize the software based on the customer’s business needs,
  • Develop metrics for processes and review progress,
  • Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction with a focus on customer loyalty,
  • Cooperation with other teams within the company.
