Job description

Working on 120k WAU base sounds exciting? It might, especially when tackled from retention, engagement and monetization perspective. Help us increase LiveChat growth, so we hit 1k+ new net customers monthly and $100M ARR, and more. To help you out, you'll get a full-stack team, 3 different products to bundle LiveChat with, retention & engagement models, so you don't have to start from the scratch, and experienced team of other Product Managers and CXOs that will challenge your ideas on how to earn more money for LiveChat.

Oh, and just to mention – playing with pricing, packaging and business model is also possible if you have the skills & competencies.

Your skills:
  • You're focused on delivering value to both the business and customers, not delivering features or process;
  • You're not scared of taking risks and ditching a part of unsuccessful test or product;
  • You're doing well with agile (including managing sprints, organizing JIRA tasks, using scrum's artifacts and events) and you know how to use them to do the above points;
  • You have proven experience in leading the multidisciplinary product team (inc. communications skills)
  • You have a very good understanding of the SaaS business model as well as the related concepts like churn, retention, ARPU, MRR (proven experience in increasing ARPU is an advantage),
  • Having the basic understanding of technology (e.g. what's an API) and tech documentation is a nice-to-have;
  • You have proven experience in working with data and analytical tools (e.g. Amplitude), so you can asses whether your work is improving the business metrics or not;
  • You know how to properly conduct an A/B test;
  • You're thinking about product/business development in terms of funnels, loops, and numbers;
  • You know what net negative churn is, and would love to help us get there.
