As a member of our Success Managers Team, you will be responsible for making sure that our customers will get 100% from our products!
What you will be responsible for:
- Bringing value to our existing customers,
- Upselling & cross-selling,
- Looking for new ideas of contacting customers,
- Help customers plan and understand the best ways to utilize the software based on the customer’s business needs,
- Develop metrics for processes and review progress,
- Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction with a focus on customer loyalty,
- Cooperation with other teams within the company,

- Knowledge of the Software Industry and the SaaS delivery model,
- Perfect command of the English language,
