Job description

As a member of our Success Managers Team, you will be responsible for making sure that our customers will get 100% from our products!

What you will be responsible for:
  • Bringing value to our existing customers,
  • Upselling & cross-selling,
  • Looking for new ideas of contacting customers,
  • Help customers plan and understand the best ways to utilize the software based on the customer’s business needs,
  • Develop metrics for processes and review progress,
  • Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction with a focus on customer loyalty,
  • Cooperation with other teams within the company,

  • Knowledge of the Software Industry and the SaaS delivery model,
