What you will be doing?

We are looking for a Workflow Solution Developer that has a genuine interest in process automation practices and tools. You will be a part of a team which has a goal to automate processes and data flows in scope of the Financial Crime Prevention area. As Workflow Solution developer you will be cooperating with specialists from the team (Java Developer, Data Engineers, and QA) to create automated processes.

As a Workflow Solution Developer, you will be responsible for:        

• Designing and implementing Workflow solutions, ensuring it follows solutiondevelopment best-practices.
• Providing work estimates and timely updates on solution development progress.
• Collaboration with other developers from the team and IT architects on defining the process implementation design.
• Helping business to understand technical capabilities, suggesting best possible solutions and explaining limitations.
• Implementing integrations within process solution and external systems.
• Defining way of working practices, suggesting and implementing improvements.

Requirements:

• Experience in Process Automation
• Experience in business process analysis or similar field
• Good knowledge of JavaScript, Webservices (SOAP, REST)
• Experience in IBM BAW or ICM or BPM products (or similar like Appian or Pega), would be considered as a strong advantage.
• Experience on a similar role in banking/FCP/AML area would be a strong asset
• Analytical thinking,
• Ability to learn and adapt to changes quickly.
• Fluent English
