The Opportunity

By closely collaborating with software designers, developers, testers, and other specialists, you will strengthen your technical expertise in software testing while contributing to building a better working world. In this role, you will define and execute a comprehensive testing approach, process, and tooling for a program spanning 20 ERP systems across 50 countries.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have

• At least 9 years of experience in software testing across diverse projects.

• Minimum 6 years of experience specifically in SAP or ERP testing.

• In-depth understanding of standard SAP/ERP processes, flows, and RICEFWs.

• Experience integrating testing processes into CI/CD pipelines.

• Proven experience leading testing teams through planning and execution phases.

• Expertise in designing comprehensive testing strategies for ERP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.

• Hands-on experience with test data creation, maintenance, and validation for realistic performance simulations.

• Ability to coordinate triage activities for sprints and SIT/UAT cycles across multiple teams.

• Proficiency in creating and delivering detailed test status reports covering design, execution, and defects.

• Strong risk assessment skills to prioritize and mitigate potential issues effectively.

• Excellent English communication skills for working in globally distributed teams.

• Willingness to occasionally travel to client locations.

Ideally, You’ll Also Have

• Experience as a test lead on ERP S/4HANA implementations.

• Background in the Financial or Insurance industry.

• Familiarity with test management tools such as SAP Solution Manager, Jira X-Ray.
