About the Role

We’re looking for a seasoned Fullstack Tech Lead who will take ownership of technical direction within a cross-functional team working on modern, scalable web applications. The role combines hands-on development with team guidance, architectural decision-making, and close collaboration with product stakeholders.

You’ll be part of an international environment, partnering with engineers, product managers, and architects to design and deliver impactful software – all while cultivating a high-performing, growth-oriented engineering culture.

What You’ll Do

• Lead technical initiatives and set the standard for fullstack development across the team.
• Architect scalable and maintainable solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
• Provide hands-on support with coding, reviews, and refactoring when needed.
• Mentor engineers, supporting their development and sharing technical expertise.
• Collaborate closely with product and architecture teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technical implementation.
• Help shape and enforce engineering processes around testing, CI/CD, code quality, and performance.
• Promote knowledge sharing and teamwork across offices and teams.
• Occasionally travel to engage with global partners or participate in team offsites.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Fullstack Engineer with leadership experience and responsibilities.
• Expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, and React – and experience building production-ready applications using these technologies.
• Strong understanding of fullstack architecture, including SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and backend/frontend integration.
• Solid grasp of engineering practices: testing strategies, code reviews, continuous delivery, and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills – comfortable working in distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Next.js, Go, or dbt is a plus, but not required.
• A mindset focused on mentorship, ownership, and long-term thinking.
