System Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Develop modern processes for customers in traditional banking environments (branches, contact centers).
• Design solutions with a mature understanding of client needs, focusing on customer satisfaction.
• Enhance business-delivered solutions and system architecture.

Requirements:

• At least 3-4 years of experience working in IT projects as a system analyst, preferably in the financial sector.
• Ability to analyze client needs and functional requirements.
• Proficiency in IT system modeling.
• Strong understanding of integration concepts (SOA, Web Services: REST and SOAP) and experience with tools like SoapUI, Postman, Swagger.
• Good knowledge of SQL.
• Familiarity with Kibana.
• Experience in designing solutions based on microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in using Jira and Confluence tools.
• Good command of English.
• Knowledge of UML.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with Enterprise Architect or other CASE tools.
• Understanding of distributed IT system architecture.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles.
• Ability to read and understand source code in C# or other object-oriented languages.
