About the Role
As a ServiceNow Solution Architect Manager, you’ll play a key role in overseeing the full lifecycle of ServiceNow implementations — from analyzing business needs and designing the architecture, through to delivery and continuous optimization. You’ll be the go-to expert for changes impacting the ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM model, and how these integrate with ITSM and ITOM processes.
You’ll provide strategic direction, technical leadership, and hands-on support in architecting scalable and effective solutions, working closely with stakeholders and development teams to ensure that business objectives are met with the right ServiceNow setup.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions
Analyze the impact of CMDB and CSDM model changes on ITSM/ITOM processes
Guide process development, enhancements, and integration efforts
Provide technical leadership and architectural mentorship to the delivery team
Manage project activities and act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams
Translate business requirements into scalable solution designs
Ensure architecture is aligned with enterprise goals, ITIL standards, and agile delivery principles
What You Bring
✅ 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation or architecture
✅ ServiceNow CAD or CIS certifications
✅ Proven experience as a Lead Developer, Delivery Manager, or Architect in ServiceNow projects
✅ Strong understanding of CMDB, CSDM, ITSM, ITOM, and integration best practices
✅ Deep technical knowledge across ServiceNow modules and custom development
✅ Ability to design pragmatic solutions balancing technical vision and real-world business needs
✅ Familiarity with agile methodologies and ITIL processes
✅ Excellent communication skills in English — both written and verbal
Nice to Have
