We’re currently looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer who is fluent in French. This is a hands-on development role, but you will also serve as the main point of contact between the client and our delivery team working on the same project.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow modules in line with project needs
• Act as the liaison between the client and internal technical teams
• Translate client requirements into actionable development tasks
• Ensure timely delivery and high-quality standards
• Support implementation and testing phases

✅ Must-Have Skills

• Proven experience as a Senior ServiceNow Developer
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices
• Fluent French and English communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively manage priorities

💡 Nice to Have

• Previous experience in client-facing roles
• Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, or other ServiceNow modules beyond the core
