Senior Java Developer/Tech Lead

We are looking for a Java Developer that has an interest in process automation practices and data processing in general. You will be a part of Process Automation team which has a goal to automate processes and data flows. As Java developer you will be cooperating with specialists from the team - Automation Developers, Data Engineers, to create automated processes and ensure integration with the company systems.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing components to integrate internal systems with process automation solution 
• Collaborating with developers from the team and with IT architects on defining the process implementation design 
• Providing work estimates and timely updates on solution development progress. 
• Helping business to understand technical capabilities, suggesting best possible solutions and explaining limitations 
• Defining way of working practices, suggesting and implementing improvements 

Requirements:

• Experience with Java
• General knowledge or experience with Kafka, MongoDB, OpenShift
• Experience in designing systems and data flows
• Experience in business process analysis and automation or similar field would be considered as an advantage
• Experience with cloud services (GCP or others) and infrastructure as a code (Terraform)
• Experience as a Tech Lead would be considered as advantage
• Experience with working in Scrum
• Analytical thinking
• Ability to learn and adapt to changes quickly
• Fluent English
