Senior Fullstack Engineer (Typescript)

Our client is a leading company in the automotive sector, operating one of the largest online car marketplaces in Europe, serving millions of users across multiple countries. As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will focus primarily on frontend development using TypeScript while also working with backend services to build seamless and high-performing web applications.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining modern, responsive web applications using TypeScript and JavaScript
• Creating scalable and user-friendly interfaces with HTML and CSS
• Building and optimizing APIs in Java Spring Boot to support frontend functionality
• Migrating legacy frontend applications to modern technologies
• Managing key user-facing features, such as online ads, appointment scheduling, and profile management
• Working with cloud services (AWS) to deploy and enhance applications

Requirements:

Must-have:

• 5+ years of experience in TypeScript for web development
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience building and maintaining large-scale frontend applications
• Familiarity with modern UI frameworks (React, Vue, or similar)
• Basic understanding of backend development with Java Spring Boot
• Fluent English (B2 or higher)

Should-have:

• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms
• Familiarity with Docker and containerization
• Knowledge of SQL databases and cloud services like AWS RDS, Lambda, CloudFront

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with observability tools (e.g., Datadog)
• Exposure to event-driven architectures
