Senior Frontend Developer (React)

Location: Warsaw / Hybrid

We are looking for an experienced Frontend Developer to join a technology team supporting the development of advanced analytical applications in the financial sector. This role involves designing and implementing modern user interfaces for tools used for financial systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop dynamic UI components using React within existing financial applications.
• Collaborate closely with backend, product, and UX teams to deliver intuitive, efficient, and scalable solutions.
• Integrate real-time data and present it through interactive visualizations.
• Optimize applications and external libraries for performance across various devices, including mobile.
• Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions to improve system quality and reliability.
• Identify and resolve UI-related issues and enhance the overall user experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4-5 years of commercial experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering React-based projects.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, along with knowledge of modern web application design patterns.
• Experience integrating real-time data and working with data visualization libraries.
• Hands-on experience with state management libraries such as Redux, MobX, or RxJS.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, UI aesthetics, and user experience.
• A university degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• Familiarity with risk analytics or front office environments is a strong advantage.
• High ethical standards and a professional approach to work.
