Senior EIS Developer

🔧 Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Senior EIS Developer to join our delivery team working on large-scale insurance platform implementations. You’ll be involved in key technical streams, hands-on development, and system integrations across EIS Core modules including Policy, Billing, Claims, and Customer Core.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance components within the EIS platform (Policy, Billing, Claims, Customer Core, DXP).

• Build and maintain microservices using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Kafka.

• Implement APIs (REST & SOAP), and integration flows using Apache Camel (CXF).

• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure quality delivery.

• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and Agile ceremonies.

• Design and implement solutions for enterprise-level integrations.

• Contribute to mentoring junior team members and promoting clean code practices.

• Interface with clients and stakeholders when required.

💡 Must-Have Skills:

• Experience in backend development with a strong Java/J2EE foundation.

• Proven hands-on experience with EIS platform modules (Policy / Billing / Claims / Customer Core / DXP).

• Strong skills in:

  • Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate

  • Web Services: REST & SOAP

  • Apache Camel – CXF

  • Kafka

• Familiarity with Agile methodology.

• Insurance industry experience – preferably Property & Casualty, Auto or Home lines.

✅ Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with OpenL Tablets.

• Exposure to external system integrations.

• Client-facing experience or willingness to collaborate directly with stakeholders.
