Senior AI Model Developer
Job Overview:
We are looking for a passionate Senior AI Model Developer to join a forward-thinking team focused on revolutionizing the future of banking technology through AI. You will collaborate closely with software engineers, data scientists, and machine learning experts to create cutting-edge models and algorithms. Your work will drive innovation by applying advanced AI techniques to solve practical challenges and enhance backend banking processes.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and understand bank backend processes and data workflows.
- Design and implement AI models that align with project goals.
- Transform AI/ML models into APIs accessible to other developers.
- Collaborate with the U/X team to develop AI-powered chatbots for interacting with the bank's operations team.
- Work alongside fellow developers to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
Job Qualifications and Skills:
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Computer Science or a related field, with a focus on AI, and at least 6 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of deep learning and machine learning algorithms, along with hands-on experience with leading AI/ML frameworks.
- Experience in developing generative AI solutions, including interactive chatbots using LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
