Requirements:

• Experience as an IT Business Analyst in a global organization.
• Knowledge of SAP VMS, SD, MM, or WMS modules.
• Over 3 years in an IT Business Analyst role, preferably in Retail or Automotive.
• Proven experience with SAP systems.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Proficient in documentation and writing (use cases, business requirements).
• Certified to PMI-PBA or BCA BA Foundation level (preferred but not essential).
• Location: Warsaw.
• English proficiency: C1.
• Employment type: B2B contract.

Scope of Duties:

• Gather, validate, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Document functional and non-functional requirements and business process flows.
• Conduct business process analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Act as SME for technology solutions and business processes.
• Support project scope and objectives definition.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify technical solutions and issues.
• Create project documents (requirements, functional and technical design).
• Ensure project adherence to schedule, budget, and scope.
• Analyze commercial data (budgets, sales, forecasts).
• Model business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Identify issues, risks, benefits, and business impacts of solutions.
• Create functional specifications and estimate costs/savings.
• Simplify technical information for team understanding.
