SAP IBP Functional Consultant

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled SAP IBP Functional Consultant to join our team and lead the successful implementation of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of supply chain processes and proven experience in configuring and customizing SAP IBP modules. You will collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet business objectives and drive value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate discovery and scoping sessions with clients to gather business requirements.
• Analyze and understand clients' business processes, recommending best practices for SAP IBP implementation.
• Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, including definition, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and go-live.
• Configure and customize SAP IBP modules (Demand, Supply, Inventory) based on client needs.
• Assist with data mapping, migration, and integration activities to ensure smooth system implementation.
• Prepare functional design documents, test cases, and user manuals to support the project.
• Collaborate with the technical team on designing and developing interfaces, conversions, and system enhancements.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of the solution.
• Provide training to end-users and prepare training materials to support user adoption.
• Offer post go-live support, resolving issues and ensuring the continued success of the system after implementation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a SAP IBP Functional Consultant with expertise in Supply Chain Processes.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP IBP modules such as Demand, Supply, and Inventory.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with clients and team members effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• SAP IBP Certification is a plus.
