SAP ABAP Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate in SAP implementations,
• Analyze business processes and conduct workshops to identify optimal technical solutions
• Develop and maintain SAP reports and module pool programs using ABAP/ABAP-OO
• Enhance SAP standard solutions using the Enhancement Framework, BADI, BTE, and user exits
• Design and maintain interfaces to third-party systems using IDOC technology and ABAP Web Services
• Develop and maintain ADOBE Forms and ABAP Core Data Services
• Set up and maintain SAP Business Workflow scenarios
• Create detailed documentation for technical solutions and processes
• Coordinate and support testing and acceptance activities to ensure smooth implementations

Required Competencies:

• Strong process orientation and organizational skills
• Deep technical solution expertise in SAP systems
• Proficiency in creating SAP templates and driving solution designs
• Affinity for documentation and ability to provide clear technical insights
• Experience in setting up SAP workflows and developing complex interfaces
• Ability to lead analysis sessions and workshops to align on best practices
• Experience with coordination of test activities and managing acceptance processes
• Openness to business trips within Poland (approximately 10-20% of the time) for SAP implementation projects to support successful deployments

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an SAP ABAP Developer with a strong technical background
• Expertise in ABAP/ABAP-OO programming and SAP enhancements
• Familiarity with creating SAP interfaces, ADOBE Forms, and Core Data Services
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently for business purposes related to project deployments
