Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst
- AWS experience + certification is an advantage
- Knowledge of tools: PowerBI, Tableau, MicroStrategy is beneficial
- CCaaS experience (preferred in selected technologies: Genesys Cloud / TalkDesk / AWS Connect)
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies and action plans to meet business needs and objectives using analytics tools
- Collaborate with business and internal teams to analyze, design, & deliver innovative analytics solutions
- Develop in the area of AI/Machine Learning technology stack
- Data visualisation and dashboard preparation
- Improve analytical processes and implement best practices and document them
