Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst
AWS experience + certification is an advantage
Knowledge of tools: PowerBI, Tableau, MicroStrategy is beneficial
CCaaS experience (preferred in selected technologies: Genesys Cloud / TalkDesk / AWS Connect)

Responsibilities:

Develop strategies and action plans to meet business needs and objectives using analytics tools
Collaborate with business and internal teams to analyze, design, & deliver innovative analytics solutions
Develop in the area of AI/Machine Learning technology stack
Data visualisation and dashboard preparation
Improve analytical processes and implement best practices and document them
