Responsibilities include:
- Manage large and small implementation projects of Company products
- Develop and implement project management processes based on industry best practices.
- Oversee onboarding, product adoption, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
- Drive customer retention and revenue growth through strategic customer projects and business reviews.
Requirements:
- Project management training or certification.
- Experience in the telecom industry.
- 3-5 years of experience in software implementation.
- 1-2 years in a customer-facing role.
- Knowledge of Agile project management.
- Proficiency in English.
Experience and knowledge in the following areas is an additional merit:
- Knowledge of Jira.
- Experience in Customer Success activities.
