O365 Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute data migrations between SharePoint Online sites using provided tools.
• Track and report on progress (e.g. number of sites migrated, milestone updates).
• Create user documentation and training materials.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, business units, and external vendors.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and data governance policies.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager in agile IT projects.
• Solid understanding of SharePoint Online / Office365.
• Experience in data migration or IT service delivery.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple deliverables, and prioritize effectively.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools: SharePoint Framework, Teams, PowerShell, Graph API.
