Mendix Developer

We’re looking for a Low-Code Engineer who treats platforms like Mendix as a full-fledged development environment—not just a rapid prototyping tool. This role is about building reliable, scalable solutions that support complex business operations and evolve over time.

Your role:

• Develop and maintain applications using a low-code platform in a production environment

• Design application logic, data structures, and user interactions with long-term scalability in mind

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand problems and translate them into working solutions

• Integrate applications with external services and internal systems (APIs, data services)

• Continuously improve application performance, maintainability, and user experience

• Take ownership of features from idea to deployment.

What you bring:

• Strong background in software development (approx. 5+ years)

• Hands-on experience with at least one low-code platform (preferably Mendix)

• Ability to design solutions, not just implement predefined tasks

• Understanding of how distributed systems and integrations work

• Experience working in iterative, team-based environments (Agile or similar)

• Proactive approach and strong ownership mindset.

It’s a plus if you have:

• Any low-code certifications (e.g., Mendix or similar platforms)

• Experience with other platforms like OutSystems or Power Platform

• Exposure to complex or multi-region projects
