Manual ETL Tester

We are looking for a skilled Manual Tester to join our team and ensure the integrity and performance of data pipelines. This role involves validating ETL processes, identifying issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain high data quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute ETL test plans and test cases to verify data accuracy and transformations.
• Perform data validation, integration, and end-to-end testing in Snowflake and/or Matillion environments.
• Identify, analyze, and report bugs, performance issues, and data inconsistencies.
• Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business teams to optimize data quality.
• Use SQL and automation tools to enhance testing efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and quality standards.

Requirements – Must Have:

✔ Experience in the insurance industry.

✔ 3+ years of ETL testing experience focused on data warehousing.

✔ Strong SQL skills for writing complex queries and data validation.

✔ Understanding of data governance and compliance requirements.

✔ Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.

Requirements – Nice to Have:

🔹 Expertise in Snowflake.

🔹 Experience with automation testing for ETL processes.

🔹 Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
