We're seeking a Web Analytics Supervisor to join us. Reporting to the Global CX and Digital Intelligence Director, you'll lead a team focused on enhancing our brands' online presence and customer experience. Your role involves collaborating with various departments to leverage data-driven insights for our web and mobile platforms.

Your Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead and support a team of 6 web analysts, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Set team goals aligned with business objectives.

Strategic Vision and Roadmap Development:

  • Develop a comprehensive analytics strategy to drive informed decision-making.
  • Propose project roadmaps for tool and process implementation.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to refine strategies continuously.

Advanced Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze customer journeys to enhance user experience.
  • Conduct diverse analyses including A/B testing and experience targeting.
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders effectively.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and IT teams to integrate analytics into decision-making processes.
  • Translate data insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Tool Implementation and Optimization:

  • Oversee implementation and configuration of analytics tools.
  • Continuously optimize tools and processes for efficiency and accuracy.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Demonstrate measurable impact on consumer engagement, revenue, and experience.
  • Drive efficiencies in products and development processes.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative insights to optimize products.


  • Over 9 years of analytics experience in agency or advertiser settings.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4, Firebase, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong skills in Power BI and AB testing tools.
  • Analytical mindset with a grasp of technical and business issues.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Fluency in English required.
