Junior Analyst (Excel)

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and analyzing data related to sales, inventory, and market trends.
• Update and maintain various reports to ensure accurate and timely information is available for decision-making.
• Conduct thorough research to support merchandising strategies and initiatives, using internal data sources but also external platforms like Edited and WGSN.
• Create and design PowerPoint presentations to effectively communicate data and insights to the team.
• Collaborate with senior team members and other departments like Subregional merchandising & marketing, Visual merchandising and Global Merchandising to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
• Assist in the preparation of regular and ad-hoc reports as required.
• Maintain organized records and documentation for easy access and reference.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes and strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or Equivalent
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent research skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a merchandising or retail environment is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• English (fluent written and spoken)
