Junior Analyst (banking)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with technical and business teams to gather requirements and define project needs.
• Analyzing business processes, identifying areas for optimization, and proposing technological solutions.
• Coordinating efforts between development, product, and other departments to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Preparing functional documentation and assisting with the creation of requirement specifications.
• Participating in stakeholder meetings to obtain feedback and clarify business needs.
• Organizing and supporting acceptance testing, and monitoring the deployment of solutions in production environments.

Requirements:

• A basic understanding of IT technologies and processes, with a strong willingness to learn more in the area of business analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across various departments.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, particularly in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Experience working with development or testing/development teams is a plus.
• Knowledge of processes within the banking sector.
• Openness to career development in a business/functional analyst role.
• Hybrid work from Warsaw.
