IT Engineer/Administrator

Overview: We are seeking an experienced IT Engineer to join our team and provide L3 support for identity management solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise in setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting identity management systems, on-premise server infrastructure, and deployment tools. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing application deployment processes, system monitoring, database management, and working in Linux environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identity Management Solutions: Work with identity management systems such as KeyCloak and Consent Management solutions.
2. Server Infrastructure Setup: Set up on-premises servers including Docker, load balancers, and server proxies.
3. Application Deployment: Utilize tools like GitLab for application deployment and manage deployment agents such as GitLab Runner.
4. Database Management: Handle database backup and recovery, focusing on MySQL and PostgreSQL.
5. Monitoring & Logging: Set up monitoring dashboards using Grafana to track container and application logs.
6. Scripting & Automation: Write shell scripts and manage automated tasks through CRON jobs.
7. Linux Environment: Perform tasks in Linux environments, including volume setup, mount points configuration, and encryption.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Linux environments (mandatory).
• Experience with Docker, MySQL/PostgreSQL, GitLab, and Grafana.
• Scripting knowledge in Shell and experience with CRON jobs.
• Proficiency in identity management solutions (e.g., KeyCloak).

Language Requirements:

• English (fluent), with German being a plus.
