Job description
For our business partner from the financial industry we are looking for a FinOps Specialist. The ideal candidate will expertise in cloud cost management and the ability to create advanced reporting solutions.
Your responsibilities:
- Cloud Cost Optimization: Monitoring and analyzing costs associated with cloud resource usage. Identifying areas for cost optimization and implementing actions to improve cost efficiency.
- Reporting Tool Development: Designing, developing, and maintaining a reporting system based on PowerBI. Ensuring that the tool provides the necessary information for both management and technical staff.
- Supporting Cloud Projects: Providing support to project teams in cost estimation for cloud resource usage. Analyzing architecture for cost considerations and proposing optimization strategies.
- Automating Information Delivery: Creating personalized reports and alerts, delivering information to both management and technical teams.
Requirements:
- Practical experience in cloud cost management and reporting tool development.
- Hands-on experience in PowerBI features and the ability to create complex reports.
- Fluent English language skills (B2/C1 level)
- Familiarity with other reporting technologies, SQL language, and experience in multi-cloud environments (using different cloud service providers) would be advantageous.
