Data Scientist / AI Engineer

Join an international AI team driving innovation in automated claims processing for the automotive and insurance sectors. We’re hiring both mid-level and senior engineers to develop intelligent systems using the latest in machine learning, computer vision, LLMs, and multimodal AI to solve real-world challenges.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and deploy advanced AI models tailored to automotive claims and insurance workflows.
• Work closely with a team of 30+ specialists to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions.
• Develop custom foundation models and integrate cutting-edge AI techniques.
• Translate research into production-ready systems to streamline digital operations.
• Stay on top of emerging AI trends and contribute to R&D initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Background in a quantitative field (e.g., computer science, engineering, physics).
• 3+ years of experience for Regular roles, 5+ for Senior roles, with strong Python and ML expertise.
• Proven ability to build and operationalize machine learning solutions.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Industry experience in insurance or automotive is a plus.
• Fluent in English; German is a bonus.
