Data Engineer with Matilion

We are looking for skilled Data Engineers to join an international team working within the Data Advanced Engineering competency. The projects involve end-to-end data integration and transformation using Matillion ETL with Azure and Databricks platforms.

You’ll be part of a long-term engagement focused on building cloud-native data solutions and enabling modern analytics across global organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Matillion.

• Integrate data from multiple sources into cloud platforms such as Azure or Snowflake.

• Transform and prepare data for analysis and BI reporting (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

• Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders.

• Optimize performance, monitor data quality, and ensure data governance standards.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Matillion ETL, ideally in cloud environments (Azure, GCP, or AWS).

• Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and ETL/ELT best practices.

• Familiarity with Azure Databricks, Data Lake, and cloud-based data warehousing.

• Experience working with modern BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Sigma).

• Strong communication skills in English and ability to work independently.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with scripting (Python), CI/CD in data pipelines, and data orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow).

• Understanding of data governance, security, and performance tuning in cloud environments.
