Data Center Engineer – Windows Environment

We are looking for a skilled Data Center Engineer with expertise in Windows-based systems to support the operation, deployment, and maintenance of infrastructure within a mission-critical data center environment. This role requires hands-on experience with Windows Server technologies, system automation, and operational excellence in large-scale IT infrastructure.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments within the data center
• Support the installation, configuration, and monitoring of Windows-based systems
• Ensure the availability, performance, and security of systems and services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on patch management, backup strategies, and disaster recovery procedures
• Participate in incident response and root cause analysis
• Create and maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and workflows

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Windows Server administration in enterprise or data center environments
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, PowerShell scripting, and server automation
• Familiarity with data center infrastructure (power, cooling, hardware) is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift rotation
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team
