Cyber Security Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Cyber Security Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust technical background in cyber security, strong analytical skills, and experience in disaster recovery, network traffic analysis, and identity management. This role involves working on critical security initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders, and supporting the delivery of security solutions to protect our technology ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Risk Management:
• Track and coordinate remediation activities for the operational and technical risk catalogue related to user access firewalls.
• Collaborate with the Network and Firewall teams to ensure outstanding risks are tracked and addressed.
• Disaster Recovery:
• Support the deployment of disaster recovery solutions for technology stack enablements.
• Traffic Analysis and Identity Management:
• Analyze traffic flows of non-human users to restricted zones.
• Support the enforcement of non-human user access policies aligned with security and access policies.
• Project Coordination:
• Assist the PMO in ensuring projects progress towards defined milestones.
• Support the creation of project documentation and technical communication templates for stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Liaise with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on security solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience:
• Minimum 4 years as a Cyber Security Analyst, with insights into disaster recovery principles for technology solutions.
• Proven hands-on experience with tools such as SQL, Python, Splunk, Grafana, and PowerBI.
• Technical Expertise:
• Strong understanding of CISCO ISE, CheckPoint Identity Collector, and Cisco TrustSec.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Non-Human Identity Management.
• Experience in network traffic analysis and firewall telemetry data analysis.
• Methodologies and Tools:
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong stakeholder and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or Cyber Security.
• Language Skills:
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Polish is a plus.
