Business Systems Analyst

Requirements:

• Several years of experience in implementing projects for the banking sector.
• Solid knowledge of banking architecture and solutions.
• Proficiency in Payment Orchestration.
• Basic knowledge of 3-D Secure (3DS).
• Hands-on experience in the field of electronic payments (beyond just integrating payment gateways into e-commerce solutions).
• Experience in IT projects involving system integrations, with a strong focus on system analysis.
• Expertise in conducting client workshops during the Discovery phase (designing from scratch).
• Familiarity with legal regulations and standards impacting business processes in banks.
• Fluent English (C1/C2 level).
• Experience in business and system analysis.
• Knowledge of UML and BPMN.
• Teamwork and strong communication skills.
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, proactivity.

Responsibilities:

• Gathering and analyzing business requirements from clients or internal stakeholders, such as management, project teams, or external IT service providers.
• Developing and optimizing business processes to ensure efficiency and improve company performance.
• Creating functional documentation to ensure the project team understands business requirements.
• Implementing processes and tools that enhance the efficiency and quality of project team work.
• Providing analytical support during the design, development, and testing phases of IT systems.
