Business Analyst with German

Responsibilities:

• Designing functional specifications for applications that meet business and user needs, incorporating telecommunications industry standards.
• Documenting business requirements, including detailed customer journeys, features, user stories, and identifying cross-team dependencies.
• Preparing and presenting compelling business cases for proposed solutions, considering objectives, resources, timelines, metrics, costs, and risks.
• Identifying problems, opportunities, and methods to improve existing business processes and workflows.
• Supporting the evaluation of trade-offs associated with different design elements and their impact on software functionality, interoperability, efficiency, and costs.
• Actively participating in various stages of the system development lifecycle.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst and certification in the field (e.g., ECBA, CBAP).
• Proficiency in both English and German at a C1 level.
• Expierience in the Telecommunication industry.
• Strong skills in creating and documenting business cases and process mapping.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in facilitating workshops and acting as a liaison between subject matter experts, business owners, and technical teams.
• Open for hybrid work from Warsaw or Wroclaw offices.
