Business Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst who will define and manage requirements across business, regulatory, and user experience areas. The role focuses on turning high-level needs into clear, structured inputs for delivery teams, ensuring solutions are complete, compliant, and ready for implementation within project timelines.

This position requires close cooperation with product, technical, and QA teams, as well as coordination with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage requirements in JIRA (epics, user stories, scope)

• Turn business and regulatory needs into clear, testable requirements

• Ensure quality and consistency (acceptance criteria, dependencies, traceability)

• Define scope and assess impact of changes

• Lead workshops and align stakeholders (internal & external)

• Act as the main contact for requirement clarifications

• Define user journeys and key system behaviors

• Support compliance and testing (UAT/CAT)

Skills & Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst in complex IT or product environments

• Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar tools

• Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications

• Understanding of Agile ways of working

• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders

• Experience working with cross-functional teams (product, tech, QA)

• Basic understanding of system integrations and data flows

• Ability to work in an international environment and manage multiple inputs

Nice to Have

• Experience in regulated environments

• Knowledge of compliance or regulatory processes

• Experience working with external vendors or partners
