Role Description
- As a AX Consultant, finance you will work closely with finance Business Users, IT Program Director(s), Project Manager, Architects, other Consultants, Developers, and other team members to help deliver major organizational project efficiently withing the area of AX Finance.
- You will be responsible for AX configuration, testing, trainings and support primarily in areas of Accounting, VAT/Tax, Banking
- Your role will be to help in implementation and operations of AX in 19 countries in Europe.
- As such, Sr. AX Consultant, finance must possess proficient knowledge and experience in implementing Dynamics AX in EU, be familiar with legal requirements in some of EU countries, have in-depth knowledge of AX accounting capabilities, settings and have overall merit financial knowledge; former accounting experience is a plus.
Requirements:
- Ideally someone with accounting background
- Excellent knowledge of Posting Profiles, Posting Layers, Financial Statements
- Very strong in Tax/VAT module in AX; Understanding all aspects of VAT reporting in EU
- Strong in Banking/Payments (SEPA, Direct Debit, Bank Account Statements etc.)
- Very good communication, assertiveness, leading/driving business change; independent
- Issue killer: Quick identification of the problems, quick solutions
- Not afraid to roll-up the sleeves and make hands dirty; diving deep into system issues
