Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to processes and procedures (Problem Management, Change Management, Incident Resolution).
• Apply guidelines and principles of user service mentality and behavior.
• Work cooperatively with the other members of the team, especially in delivering projects.
• Minimize operational failure, including but not exclusively, the risk of fraud, by helping to devise, and by implementing, sufficient regular controls.
• Apply own initiative, within the levels of acceptable risk.
• Ensure appropriate escalation to management and/or Permanent Control (or Compliance as appropriate) as soon as an issue is identified.

Requirements:

• SSL Certificate Management, Web authentication methods including Kerberos, SAML, Monitoring - Dynatrace, Infrastructure standards for servers, networks, and storage.
• Security knowledge – vulnerability management, hardening, web access firewall requirements, DMZ architecture.
• Microsoft tools knowledge like Windows Server (2016,2019), IIS, Active Directory, Office Web Applications.
• Skills in terms of SharePoint 2016 administration
• PowerShell, BI integration, SharePoint Apps.
• IT Production skills (ITIL, Agile principles including SCRUM and Kanban).
