- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter development (Gosu)
- At least 2 years of experience leading development teams
- Strong understanding of configuration, integration, and customization in ClaimCenter
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to guide and mentor development teams while maintaining high technical standards
- Technical Leadership: Oversee technical delivery of ClaimCenter implementations
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring quality and consistency
- Stakeholder Communication: Engage with business and technical stakeholders to align expectations and provide regular updates
- Solution Design: Create scalable and maintainable technical solutions aligned with system architecture
- Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews, ensure testing practices, and maintain coding standards
- Support & Troubleshooting: Resolve issues during and after implementation
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with Guidewire updates and suggest process improvements
