    As a Knowledge Management Specialist, you will be managing our internal knowledge management activities. They will facilitate the flow of knowledge within the organization, ensuring that our knowledge resources are effectively cataloged, stored, and accessible to all employees. The intranet is run in SharePoint, and you will be taking care of document repositories, lists, and site pages that display Lingaro’s assets. It is not a technical role.

     

    Tasks:   

    • Manage all Lingaro knowledge repositories: ensure they are up to up-to-date, accurate, and easy to navigate. This includes managing databases, documents, guides, and FAQs.
    • Apply metadata tags to shared documents, to ensure good findability and display in correct intranet locations.
    • Maintain, update, and create new intranet pages, based on ever-changing needs and strategy.
    • Collaborate with other departments: work closely with other departments to ensure the knowledge management strategy aligns with overall company objectives.
    • Promote Knowledge Sharing Culture: Foster an environment that encourages the sharing of knowledge and best practices across the organization.


    Requirements:  

    • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining high-quality documentation and records.
    • Great command of Microsoft 365 (especially PPT, Word, Excel, SharePoint).​
    • Curiosity and willingness to find smarter ways of doing things.
    • Fluency in English – spoken and written.


    Nice to have

    • Experience in knowledge management positions in a recognized international consulting or IT services company (may also include experience in related areas such as records management, content management, library & information science).
    • Strong understanding of Knowledge Management principles and best practices.
    • Experience in implementing Knowledge Management tools with high user adoption rates.
    • Experience in leveraging Generative AI tools for KM purposes.
    • Interest in AI co-pilots for effective Knowledge Management.
