You’re definitely a match if you have:
- 4-5 years of experience as UX/UI Designer (with a proven record)
- experience of working with tools such as Figma, Axure, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, Sketch, Zeplin, InVision, Miro
- willingness to conduct discovery workshops with clients as facilitators
- experience in transforming complex business requirements into a user-friendly interface and designing for various devices (mobile, desktop, etc.)
- sense of estheticism, creativity, knowledge of the newest trends in interface designing, and willingness to share this knowledge
- ability to use English for smooth communication and presenting your ideas
- expertise in designing high fidelity prototypes
- capacity for discovering the value of the product for users and market needs
Not a must, but definitely an asset:
- leadership skills and ability to build a solid team
- using data collected from research, user testing, and market analysis to create truly user-centric designs
- be up to date with the current trends and innovative solutions
