THE OFFER
We’re looking for talented individuals to join our internal software house - independent team located in our main office (Koneser) in Warsaw. We specialize in online deliverables, web applications, and advanced automation solutions based on Microsoft Azure, that serve our clients distributed around the globe (mainly other, international teams and employees).
Because we are given responsibility for our products, we constantly improve it, redesign it, and refactor its parts. Quality is important for us - we don’t push code just to meet deadlines and be done with it. We enjoy a lot of freedom in making technical decisions and choosing our own tools. Our development process is based on Scrum, but we modify it to suit our needs. We work in a flat structure and an informal atmosphere based on mutual trust and close collaboration. As our number of projects is growing, we’re looking for talented developers full of initiative and motivation.
Role Description
- Translate software requirements into workable programming code and maintain and develop programs for use in business
- Establishing a detailed program specification through discussion with analysts/clients
- Conducting testing and providing deployment mechanism and application support
- Reacting to problems and correcting the program as necessary
- Conducting user-acceptance testing to ensure the program can be used easily, quickly, and accurately
- Writing detailed documentation for the operation of the program by users and computer operators
- Consulting manuals, periodicals, and technical reports to learn new ways to develop programs and maintain existing skills and knowledge
- Work with other pillars and global delivery team

Role Requirements

- Analytical skills

- Experience working in the data processing / analytics area
- Practical /production experience of software implementation
- Experience working with high level problem definition without requiring low level
- Good interpersonal skills
