LifeFlow is a Polish venture which specializes in cardiac diagnostics using IT services located in the cloud infrastructure. Our team consisting of bio-engineers, cardiologists, and ICT-professionals has created an innovative, non-invasive method of identifying atherosclerosis based on algorithms used in computational fluid dynamics (CFD). The technology offered by LifeFlow aims to revolutionize the market of cardio-diagnostic tools and help to significantly reduce the risks associated with invasive tests.

We are looking for a Project Manager who will help us to achieve the ambitious goals we set for our company.

Location: Wroclaw, Poland

What is the Project Manager position at LifeFlow all about:

Day-to-day activities related with IT project management
Risk management of ongoing projects and solving emerging problems
Cooperation with the Management Board and interdisciplinary teams (engineers, IT, QA, medical personnel and customer support) in the company
Driving all teams to get things done by facilitating discussion, information flow and decision making
Planning and coordination of work on different levels of project realization
Monitoring and coordination of project teamwork
Determine and define project deliverables
Preparing project schedules and monitoring their execution
Controlling project resources, both human and technical

We expect from you:

5+ years of project management experience
Experience with leading product development projects
Knowledge of project management tools, e.g. Jira, Confluence
Understanding and practical experience in the usage of specific Agile frameworks and methods (eg. SCRUM/Kanban)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Fluent English (at least B2)
Good understanding of business model and needs
Technical background (software development)

Nice to have:

Experience in creation of certified software (CE mark)
