REquired skills:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with SAP Concur, especially with Expense and/or Invoice modules, and at least 5 full-cycle Concur implementation projects.

• Understanding of travel and expense policies, accounts payable processes, and corporate compliance requirements.

• Experience with integrations between SAP Concur and SAP ERP or other financial systems via API, middleware, etc.

• Ability to manage client communication and gather business requirements.

• Familiarity with testing, documentation, and training processes.

• Fluent in Polish and English.

nice-to-have skills:

• Experience with presales engagements.

• Knowledge of foreign languages, such as German.

• SAP Concur certifications, such as Concur Expense Configuration.

responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP Concur implementations (Travel, Expense, Invoice) for mid-size and large enterprise clients.

• Analyze business processes and configure SAP Concur to meet client needs and compliance requirements (global/local).

• Support system integration and data migration, including mapping, testing, and troubleshooting.

• Gather requirements and create functional specifications in close collaboration with clients and internal teams.

• Deliver post-go-live support and continuous solution optimization to ensure long-term client success.

• Contribute to presales efforts through solution demos, proposal development, and showcasing SAP Concur's business value.

• Stay current with SAP Concur updates and industry best practices to drive innovation and implementation quality.
